Our founder



Leadership coach, strengths coach & mentor. 

Roo enjoys helping people ‘get inside their head’ to identify what makes them tick, to understand how they can thrive and truly master their mindset.

Her unique coaching style equips people to tackle self-sabotage head on, embrace their leadership style and ultimately nurture a confident leadership mindset. 

Her coaching expertise is combined with 20 years working in marketing where she managed global teams and sat on leadership teams. This blend of strategic thinking, leadership experience and mentoring means that she really can relate to the challenges that leadership brings and understands what makes good teams, great!


A qualified and accredited behavioural change coach, Roo trained at Oxford University before completing a Postgraduate Certificate in coaching at Goldsmiths London.


She holds a Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership & Management and is an accredited Strengths Coach.


Roo is accredited with the Institute of Leadership & Management and the Association for Coaching.

When she's not coaching

Roo can be found with her Labrador exploring the beautiful Chiltern Hills or taking part in a fitness challenge for a 'day out'!

Performance Psychologist & Coach

Sam's coaching draws on his learnings from the fields of psychology & psychotherapy and from working with high-performing athletes & business people in high-pressure environments. 


Sam has spent 10 years working with professional footballers & athletes who perform at the highest levels of sport, internationally & in the English Premier League. 


Sam also regularly delivers workshops and training seminars for companies such as Hewlett Packard, Nestlé, Citibank and MBDA. 


Sam holds a Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Consultative Supervision.


He is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). 

When he's not coaching

Sam enjoys early mornings and starting the day either in a spin class or on a golf course. Also a self confessed travel junkie, he loves discovering local cuisines and delicacies. Two recent highlights were visiting San Sebastian and Bologna.

Leadership & culture coach

Sarah's approach is underpinned with positive psychology, neuroscience and personality profiling. 

Her philosophy is that when you experience true alignment and psychological safety, you're able to bring your 'whole and best self' to work. Only then can you find true work happiness and create amazing for yourself and your organisation.

For over 15 years Sarah worked in senior talent and organisational development roles across tech, start-up and digital businesses.  In her last permanent role was as Head of Talent & Engagement, she devised the engagement strategy and led the people team that achieved the #1 ranking in The Sunday Times 'Best Companies to Work For' listings two years running - 2015 and 2016.


Sarah has certifications in various psychometric tools including Hogan Leadership Forecast Series (2011), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) (2006) and Gallup's Clifton Strengths.


She also has a Diploma in Performance Coaching and has completed CPD in Neuroscience for business and is a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).

When she's not coaching

Sarah enjoys dragging her reluctant children on walks in nature around the Buckinghamshire countryside where she lives or turning her hand to a new craft. She's also a self-confessed personal development geek and usually has her nose in a book on positive psychology or neuroscience!
